We started Mispar out of frustration. As accountants and operators, we kept watching the same story repeat: a small business owner drowning in disorganized books, outgrowing a spreadsheet or a part-time bookkeeper, then scrambling every tax season to reconstruct nine months of transactions. When the books finally got fixed, it was always under pressure — and always too late to be useful for making decisions.

Is my financial data secure with Mispar?
Yes. We use strict role-based access controls so only your dedicated bookkeeper and their manager can see your books, read-only connections to your bank and processors — we never move your money — and NDA-covered team members. Our internal practices are aligned to SOC 2 controls.
Does Mispar use my own QuickBooks/Xero, or a proprietary platform?
Your own. We work inside your existing QuickBooks Online or Xero account, so your books and your historical data always belong to you. There is no proprietary platform to adopt and no lock-in.
