What if I exceed my plan’s expense or account limits?

We’ll let you know before anything changes and recommend the right tier. You can upgrade at any time, prorated for the current month — no penalty.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Mispar is month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

Does the price include tax filing?

Bookkeeping and tax-ready statements are included. Tax filing itself is handled by your CPA — but because your books are clean, your CPA bill is usually much lower.
